Duosonics ultrasonic flowmeter is a non-invasive, clamp-on device that automatically switches between pulse Doppler and transit-time technologies depending on the fluid conditions in the pipe. Flowmeter can measure ultra-pure water, sludges and slurries, even different fluids flowing through the same pipe. It is intended for situations with short pipe runs and undeveloped flow. Pulse Doppler signal measures flow with suspended solids or dirt. Transit-time signal measures flow of clean fluids. Non-invasive, clamp-on installation offers no contamination, pressure drop, or system downtime. Applications include food and beverage processing, crude oil, wastewater and sewage monitoring, and paint. www.ttiglobal.com Fuji Electric, TTI Instruments
