The M70V CNC Platform Series by Mitsubishi Electric Automation is designed to deliver increased production output and faster cycle times for production machining in a wide range of applications. Courtesy: MEAUMitsubishi Electric Automation's M70V CNC Series is designed for standard production machining. It offers high processing speed (up to 33.7K blocks per minute) for fast cycle times and better production output.

In addition to rapid processing speed, key advances of the M70V Series CNC include increased PLC program capacity and memory, an optional vertical or horizontal operator station, and a vertical keyboard. The M70V series offers high-level CNC functionality in a cost-competitive, compact unit. This versatile model is highly accurate and easy to operate.

The series platform also includes two other multi-axis models, both of which support top-level manufacturing. The M700VS is a stand-alone, compact, integrated controller with a built-in display screen for HMI functions, while the M700VW model operates on a Windows platform for PC-based control. Both models feature a high-speed servo network. They each include a menu customization function, pop-up screens and a guidance function.

The series is well-suited for a wide range of applications, including lathes, turning centers, screw machines, grinders, milling machines, boring machines and machining centers.
