Stainless steel version of the BradConnectivity Ultra-Lock Connection System is designed to meet the sanitary requirements of the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Threadless connection system quickly and securely connects sensors and control devices used in plant-floor automation systems, such as conveyors and robotic bottling and processing lines. M12-compatible equipment includes a series of integrated distribution boxes and cordsets built on the company's patented push-to-lock technology, which reportedly enables fast, easy installation without turning the coupler. Simple actions of push down to connect and pull up to disconnect reduce assembly time. Method also minimizes worker fatigue, reducing the risk of carpal tunnel syndrome and other repetitive stress injuries. Connectors stay mated even under the stresses of machine vibration and cable pulls.
