Connectors overmolded with hexagonal die-cast thread
Binder-USA's recent design improvement to its M8 overmolded connectors allows them to be tightened with with torque wrench to ensure proper mating of the system.
Binder-USA has made a recent design improvement to its M8 overmolded connectors. The M8 sensor connectors now include a knurled and hex locking nut. By designing this new feature the connector can be tightened with a torque wrench to ensure proper mating of the connecting system.
The M8 overmolded connectors have 3, 4 or 6 gold-plated contacts and are capable of handling up to 60V and up to 4A per contact. When properly mated the M8 overmolded connectors are sealed to an IP67 rating and the male and female cordsets are available in 2 and 5 meter lengths. Mating receptacles and field-attachable cable connectors are offered for a complete connecting system.
