Conventional calibration system

RImax Conventional GPC/SEC system from Viscotek features a refractive index (RI) detector for measuring concentration, a UV/VIS detector for measuring the concentration of polymeric samples or proteins having a UV chromaphore, or an RI and UV for copolymer analysis. According to Viscotek, the system is easy to use, although the information content in conventional analysis is limited and the molecular weight obtained is always relative to the standards that have been used to calibrate the column.
