More services, system integration, and software programming in dairy and food & beverage markets is what customers of Maverick Technologies will get after Maverick Technologies acquired Mission Controls Inc. The acquisition was announced on April 14. As part of Maverick, operations will continue in the former Mission Controls southern California office as a provider of systems integration and programming services for the dairy, food and beverage industries.
This acquisition will strengthen Maverick's service offering, the company says.
Mission Controls, with 12 years of manufacturing relationships, brings talented individuals to complement Maverick's existing business, says Paul J. Galeski, P.E., CAP, Maverick 's CEO and founder.
Clients and employees of Mission Controls will realize "immediate benefits from the global scale and best practices of Maverick," adding to field services, advanced automation and business system capabilities, says Neal Vaoifi, former CEO and cofounder of Mission Controls, now Maverick Technologies ' director of dairy, food and beverage. Maverick Technologies says it:

  • Delivers innovative solutions for a wide range of manufacturing and process clients;

  • Leverages an extensive network of skilled employees deployed from regional and international locations;

  • Helps clients break away from the business inefficiencies they face; and

  • Improves profitability, individually in plant automation, performance management and business systems, and holistically by integrating knowledge across the enterprise.
