Data acquisition, control system captures analog, digital, serial input

The Ethernet Data Acquisition System (EDAS CE) by Intelligent Instrumentation captures analog, digital, and/or serial inputs. It also provides real-time control and storage during network downtimes.

Intelligent Instrumentation’s Ethernet Data Acquisition System (EDAS CE) is a classic DAQ system that captures high-speed analog, digital and/or serial inputs. Instead of the old plug-in type PC board approach, Ethernet is used as the communication bus.

The modular architecture of the EDAS CE allows the user to mix and match IO to meet the needs of a wide variety of automation, test, measurement and monitoring applications. Each system supports up to 12 modules allowing 8 to 192 I/O points per base system.

In addition to built-in 10/100BaseT Ethernet the EDAS CE system is ready to provide connectivity since the application can be downloaded onto the unit. It can operate standalone, providing real-time control and storage during network downtimes. A built-in web server called WebDevice allows for both static and dynamic Web page updates for literally unlimited updates via the World Wide Web.
