Dates for the 50th International Instrumentation Symposium have been announced by ISA, the Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society . The forum for discussion about new and innovative instrumentation techniques, development and applications will be held May 9-13, 2004, in San Antonio, TX.

Jointly sponsored by ISA Aerospace Industries and Test Measurement Divisions, the symposium will feature speakers and draw attendees from all over the world; topics include measurement/sensors; data systems; instrumentation systems; and advanced systems/sensor technology. The symposium also offers short courses, tutorials, and exhibits to complement the conference sessions, as well as a special 50th anniversary celebration event. Conference and show are directed in particular at professionals involved with aircraft, ground and flight testing, control, missiles, and space vehicles, and related aerodynamic measurement, as well as those working with flow, pressure, temperature, and vibration measurement. It will also have information for professionals who cover measurement and instrumentation techniques, including sensing and signal conditioning.
