Digi, Lantronix settle lawsuits, form cross-licenses
Minnetonka, MN; Irvine, CA—Digi International Inc. and Lantronix Inc. agreed Nov. 4 to dismiss the patent infringement and trade secret lawsuits between the companies. They also agreed to enter into cross-licenses of each other's patents, which had been the subjects of the lawsuits.

Joe Dunsmore, Digi's ceo , adds that, 'This is a good outcome for the company and it's shareholders. Digi devotes substantial resources to develop innovative new products for it's customers and will continue to put a high priority on protecting that innovation in the marketplace.'
