Minneapolis, Minn. – T8 Series ultra-miniature self-contained photoelectric sensors measure just 16.3 mm (0.64-in.) in diameter yet offers a sensing range of 2 m (79-in.) in opposed mode and either 50 mm (2-in.) or 100 mm (4-in.) in diffuse sensing mode. List price starts at $68. The sensors require no adjustments to operate and offer either NPN (sinking) or PNP (sourcing) outputs capable of switching up to a 50 mA load. Either light operate (NO) or dark operate (NC) models are available. A red LED indicates light sensed.
