Everett, Wa. —Fluke 500 Series Dry-Block Calibrators for temperature probe calibration reportedly approach’s the accuracy and stability of traditional oil-based baths costing more. State-of-the-art controllers, low mass heating elements, and precision thermoelectric cells provide the ability to maintain stability and uniformity without sacrificing response time. The series contains capacity for up to 14 probes, manual or PC programming, fast ramp times, ramp and soak set points, and basic probe calibration using MET/CAL procedures. Five models include: dual range temperature (-30 to 670 7C) calibrates both hot and cold ranges at one time; low temperature/high speed (-45 to 140 7C) makes a full-range temperature step in 10 minutes; high probe capacity (35 to 600 7C) calibrates up to nine probes at one time; high speed unit reaches full range, stable temperature condition in 15 minutes; and low temperature (-25 to 140 7C).
