Copley Controls’ Model 800-1514 dual-axis servo amplifier for current (torque) control of brushless servo motors accepts encoder and Hall-effect feedback data from a wide range of servo motor types. It operates on a 20-55-V isolated dc supply and delivers two independently controlled outputs (4 A peak, 3 A continuous) for driving high-performance three-phase motors. A 5-V dc output is provided for encoder and Hall sensor operation. Drive torque is controlled by aaxis equipment for semiconductor fabrication, test and measurement, and automated assembly.
