Dayton, O .—With several model selections and a deadband of 38.1 mm (1.5 in.), Superprox Series 18 mm, ultrasonic sensors offer short-range sensing solutions for specific dual-level control applications with limited mounting space. The sensors monitor and control most non-hazardous liquid or dry material levels within sensing ranges up to 305 mm (12 in.). They can be configured for either a specific On/Off latch control function or a dual-alarm sensing function. Model selections include near- and far-limit parameters, alarm limits, output types including response to loss-of-echo conditions, and one of three operating functions: pump in, pump out, or dual alarm.
