E+H introduces local fieldbus readout

Greenwood, Ind . – Responding to a growing user request to provide local readouts of fieldbus instruments, Endress+Hauser recently introduced the RID 261-display unit for direct connection to any point in a Profibus-PA fieldbus installation. The standard RID 261 displays process values and alarm value infringements using a passive display of cyclical data and is suited for use in general purpose locations, with other installation requirements addressed on an individual user basis.
