Together the software enables customers to use multiple negotiation approaches, such as volume-based incentives and tiered structures. Users now have real-time visibility into deal metrics, such as profitability and deal scores, to identify optimized prices that will help them respond quickly and confidently to market and competitive demands.

Salesforce.com is an enterprise cloud computing company, which claims to have "revolutionized the ways that companies collaborate and communicate with their customers across sales, marketing and service. The company's Force.com platform is said to help customers, partners and developers to quickly build powerful business applications to the enterprise in the cloud. Based on salesforce.com's real-time, multitenant architecture, Salesforce CRM and Force.com offer the fastest path to customer success with cloud computing, the companies say.
