EC: Analog signal splitter with five-way isolation, single 4- to 20-mA input, quad 4- to 20-mA output, ASI451141

Process Control systems: The ASI451141 is a DIN-rail mounted analog signal isolator transmitter splitter on one circuit input of 4 to 20 mA and four 4 to 20 mA output providing electrical isolation between the input, output and power circuits. This is a Control Engineering 2016 Engineers’ Choice finalist.

Analog Signal Splitter with 5-Way Isolation, Single 4-20 mA Input, Quad 4-20 mA Output, Automation Systems InterconnectWhen space constraints and total system cost considerations are of the utmost importance, consider ASI's new product offering of Analog Signal Isolator and Splitter with five-way isolation. The ASI451141 is a DIN-rail mounted analog signal isolator and splitter with a single circuit input of 4 to 20 mA and four outputs of 4 to 20 mA. This unique device provides electrical isolation between the single input, four outputs and power source. This device protects from harmful electrical interference within your system. Most devices available on the market today, adhere to the current industry standard of isolation for only one or two outputs. The Analog Signal Isolator and Splitter can be mounted directly inside the control panel or remotely near the field devices per your individual application requirements. The unit is factory calibrated to allow for quick and easy installation. The galvanic isolation eliminates problems associated with ground loops, transient and unwanted noise interference. The zero and span adjustments are provided for precise calibration after installation and for long term serviceability. The ASI Analog Signal Isolator and Splitter has been designed to compensate for load variations and with the extremely compact 17.5-mm wide housing, will save space in your control panel and/or enclosure. It has been designed with pluggable terminals for easy installation and removal as needed. This new product addition to our line card continues our tradition of providing timely innovation to the markets we serve!
