Software - Applications: AxiomView displays critical information and key performance indicators in real time including trends, gauges and graphic symbols. This is a Control Engineering 2016 Engineers’ Choice finalist.


AxiomView, Canary LabsAxiomView allows users to view critical information and key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time. Placing a KPI in a prominent location alerts operators and users quickly when critical values that affect the process change. Visualization of data in the Canary Enterprise Historian is made easy with the use of trends, graphs and graphic symbols. View, analyze and report graphical information simply and quickly in the format needed. Graphics are delivered to either a rich desktop as a standard application or in a browser as a web application.

AxiomView builds on the solid foundation of Canary Labs' legacy graphics products delivering a next generation client/server solution. Built around a server oriented architecture, AxiomView reduces the total cost of ownership over the life of the implementation. The system architecture of the AxiomView is flexible enough to support a mixture of client platforms. Whether the client is a mobile device or a desktop the user experience is identical. AxiomView permits users to see the real-time graphical representation of their equipment and processes.

Powerful features include trends, graphics, value boxes, tables, buttons, labels, gauges, screens, tab containers, and panels. The Axiom designer is used to create applications with process equipment graphics, gauges and trends. Trends are displayed in the window with historical and new data values. AxiomView provides valuable information and process interactions from the Canary Historian data anywhere. Some clients have reported getting a 10 fold return on their investment in the Canary software within months of utilizing the Canary tools.
