The Genie TS is packed with advanced features such as image filtering, image compression, color correction, color space conversion, and image transfer-on-demand. Engineered to meet the ever increasing speed and image clarity requirements of machine vision, the Genie TS is the perfect blend of form and function for a wide range of industrial applications including semiconductor, electronics, food, packaging and other manufacturing and assembly processes. The Genie TS is also the first machine vision camera platform engineered for Intelligent Traffic/Transportation Systems (ITS) applications. Integrated performance and operational capabilities include remarkable dynamic range to optimize image capture from sun-to-shade, motorized lens control with image-to-image aperture, zoom and focus functionality, auto iris, and both RS-485 and RS-232 ports to control peripherals around the camera. These features are all built into a tough, compact body equipped with a GigE Vision-compliant, direct-to-PC interface which makes high speed data transfer and multi-camera networks easy to deploy.

Poll of the Week

Are your industrial networks well defended against cyber attacks?
Like Fort Knox. Solid defense in depth.
Well defended, I think, but not positive.
Working on it, but not there yet.
Few defenses, but who would find us?
We’re wide open, living on borrowed time.
