Series 82, EAO Corp. With a Series 82 anti-vandal pushbutton, users are able to equip their products with a switch that offers strength, style and versatility even in harsh environments and high-use applications.

The Series 82 is tough enough to withstand the rigors of an industrial environment while remaining stylish and aesthetically pleasing enough to be utilized in a high-traffic commercial atmosphere. The Series 82 pushbutton features a stainless steel actuator, IK10 shock protection and IP67 sealing. The anti-vandal pushbutton has the ability to operate in extreme temperature ranges from -22 to 158 F making it perfect for any location. Even humidity up to 85% will have no effect on its ability to operate reliably.

Control panel designers are treated to a plethora of choices when creating the look they desire. The Series 82 Pushbutton offers a variety of industry standard sizes, lens profiles, illumination styles, and finishes. It has the capability of operating in a range of 5 A/250 Vac with silver contacts or as low as 10 mA/5 Vdc with gold contacts.

Additionally, the pushbuttons lose no capability in sunlight as they offer evenly dispersed readable LEDs in either central dot or attractive ring-style illumination which is available in a variety of styles and lens shapes while remaining both oil and water resistant. End user applications can be further customized with laser engraving in available ISO recognized labels or customer supplied graphics.

The Series 82 anti-vandal pushbutton allows the end user to have a product that both fits their aesthetic needs and works reliably in all conditions. The product requires minimal maintenance and rarely requires repairs due to its robust design and durable construction allowing it to handle IK10 impact resistance, IP 67 sealing and a mechanical life rating of over 1,000,000 cycles. Series 82 anti-vandal pushbuttons set the standard for high-usage application in harsh conditions.
