A full PLC with an integrated 5.7-in. flat fascia, color-touchscreen HMI. This is a Control Engineering 2013 Engineers' Choice finalist. The Vision570 is a powerful PLC with a built-in, 5.7 in. color touchscreen HMI operator panel. With its IP66 rating, the V570-57-T20B-J model comprises a fully flat fascia, and is perfect wherever spray or wipe-down applications are required. On-board I/Os can be added by simply snapping a module onto the back of the PLC; Snap-in I/O Modules come in several configurations. I/O Expansion modules enable integrating up to 1024 I/Os per Vision PLC. The V570-57-T20B-J offers a rich range of embedded features, such as multiple auto-tuned PID loops, and internal 120K data table for datalogging and recipe programming. Communication options include TCP/IP Ethernet, GSM/SMS, Modbus and CANopen networking plus remote access for data acquisition and program download.

2 MB Ladder code application memory (plus 12 MB for images and 1 MB for fonts) enable the Vision570 to run complex control and automation tasks. The 16 bit-color touchscreen HMI enables the display of color-coded operator instructions and red, attention-grabbing alarm screens. It can also display graphs, according to historical values to reflect trends of recorded data. Display options are almost endless with more than 1,024 user-designed screens, and up to 500 images per application. Soon to come will be a USB programming port. The Vision PLC/Graphic HMI series introduces an unbeatable price-performance ratio, enabling users to enjoy the advanced features of the operator panel and the PLC, while maintaining low budget, reduced programming time and minimum wiring.

It is truly a complete control system.

Works like a paperless recorder using and SD card.

Most bang for the buck!

You can't beat it for the price. Software is easy to use and does both RLD & HMI.
Comes with software and cable for programming.
