Electromagnetic flowmeter

Greenwood, Ind.- Endress+Hauser introduced Promag 23 two-wire electromagnetic flowmeter. Promag 23’s performance is said to be nearly equal to similar four-wire electromagnetic flowmeters, but the two-wire design simplifies installation, especially in hazardous locations. Using microprocessor-controlled energy management technology permits continuous measurement independent of flow velocity, yet produces nearly the same performance, operation, and functionality of advanced four-wire electromagnetic flowmeters. Optimized sensors with perfluoroalkoxy copolymer resin (Teflon PFA) molded liners permit operating up to 355 °F (180 °C). www.us.endress.com Endress+Hauser
