The PIP30 comes with up to eight individual GigE ports on RJ45 or M12, and four of the GigE ports are available with PoE+. The solution's input is reverse polarity and load dump protected. Input power range is from 9 to 36 V dc, optionally any other voltage and galvanic separation can be added internally as well. The solution can also add an internal UPS system with battery. For archiving, up to 4 mass storage devices can be integrated that also can be configured and WLAN or GPS can also be integrated. In addition to the eight LAN ports of which four of them can be PoE (Power over Ethernet) or fiber, the vision server also comes with a large set of interfaces. Up to seven USB, up to four serial lines, PS/2, external SATA port, and an external PCI-E or eSATA port for specialty purposes. Two SATA interfaces are also internally available.
