SuperBlue single/dual-digit seven-segment and dot-matrix displays feature enhanced color and continuously uniform brightness to improve information display qualities in life support and critical control applications, including instrumentation and industrial controls. All configurations are manufactured lead-free to comply with RoHS regulations. BHS single-digit (0.56-in./14.22-mm-digit height) and BD dual-digit (0.54-in./13.80-mm-digit height) Series use super blue chips based on high-efficiency InGaN and GN technologies, respectively. Dual-digit displays are TTL compatible, using constant-current drivers and serial data input, functioning over a wide supply voltage range.
