Mitsubishi Electric Automation’s RD77GF simple motion modules and MR-J4-GF-RJ servo drives are designed to integrate motion control, safety, input/output (I/O), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and robots on a single open network with gigabit speeds. The RD77GF is designed for a range of applications such as simple point table operation to advanced synchronous control, and provides easy programming for complex applications. Other benefits and features include a gigabit CC-Link IE field network, two communications modes, advanced synchronous control, and a single software solution. The integration of the RD77GF and MR-J4-GF-RJ Servo Drives also provides one-touch auto-tuning and vibration suppression control that is designed to suppress vibration both on the load and the machine base.
