Magnum 6KQ Ethernet managed field switch from GarrettCom can be configured with up to 12 100 MB fiber ports, or user selected combinations of 10 MB, 100 MB, and Gig fiber ports of any fiber port connector types. Copper port options include 10/100/1000 RJ-45 copper ports and up to eight 10/100 PoE (Power over Ethernet) ports. Rugged device reportedly can handle stressful workloads and harsh environmental conditions. It can be configured with a choice of dc power supplies, including 24 V for factory floor and 125 V for power substations. MNS-6K software is included. Switch uses advanced thermal design techniques and comes with ribbed aluminum cases for maximum heat dissipation in a no-fan, sealed package.
