IP communicator for fire alarm panels
transmits information generated by a fire alarm panel to a central station via the Internet. The communication uses any Ethernet connection or is compatible with existing customer-provided networks to achieve faster central station connections. The communication does not require a public IP address and is programmed to use either static IP or DHCP client for automatic IP address configuration. It also features modular design and multiple display options. The panel is ideal for commercial high-rise buildings, hospitals, shopping malls, airports and sports arenas. has been upgraded to include new features such as multiple server consolidation, IP distributed architecture, remote administration, multiple display support, support for mega-pixel cameras, pre-motion recording and choice of video compression, among other features. The system integrates with existing closed circuit television as well as third-party transaction systems. The model is able to handle as many as hundreds of cameras on multiple DVRs and NVRs.
