First IANA conference sells out space

Debuts alongside IMTS in Chicago Sept. 10-15, 2012

Hannover Fairs USA, Inc. has sold out its available exhibition space for the first Industrial Automation North America (IANA) trade show has completely sold out of exhibitor space. IANA debuts this year in conjunction with the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) at Chicago’s McCormick Place from Sept. 10-15, 2012.  Leading global exhibitors will showcase industrial automation processes and solutions focused on integrating information and control across plant operations. On display will be the latest technologies for the automotive, aerospace, energy, infrastructure, food and beverage, machine tool, material handling, medical, mechanical, and fluid power transmission industries.

The 2012 IANA trade show will feature conferences and training that offer IANA and IMTS attendees the latest best-practices, solutions and technologies in manufacturing automation.  

These include the Global Automation and Manufacturing Summit (GAMS) produced by CFE Media, with Control Engineering and Plant Engineering developing two days of presentations The GAMS conference keynote speakers include Billy Taylor, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co.; Karen Kurek, head of McGladrey’s National Manufacturing and Distribution Practice; and Douglas Woods, President and CEO of the Association for Manufacturing Technology.
