Fanuc CNC America provides remanufacturing, as well as parts and other services.

With the dissolution of the GE Fanuc joint venture (finalized on Dec. 11, 2009) and merger of the former GE Fanuc CNC parts and systems business into Fanuc America Corp., Fanuc CNC America announced that it is now the largest CNC sales, service and support organization in the Americas.

Fanuc says that Fanuc CNC America, headquartered in Hoffman Estates, IL, combines capabilities of GE Fanuc and Fanuc America, providing CNC control systems sales and support, engineering and technical service, on-site engineering and automation services, genuine Fanuc parts sales and repair services, and hotline technical support.

“We are extremely excited about the launch of Fanuc CNC America,” says president & CEO Tomo Ishibe, former vice president/general manager of GE Fanuc’s CNC business. “By combining the strengths of both organizations we provide a stronger, more unified face to customers, whether they are end users, machine tool builders, distributors or systems integrators across all major industries. Our new company provides a single source of end-to-end CNC solutions for customers everywhere.”
