Free seminar explains how to build a fieldbus network

Fieldbus Foundation End User Council will conduct three, one-day Fieldbus Educational Seminars for end-users in May in Wilmington, DE , Charlotte, NC, and Atlanta, GA.

Educational topics include: the integrated H1 + HSE fieldbus architecture, physical layer components, interoperability, fieldbus economics, and the top 10 fieldbus myths. In addition, a hands-on fieldbus interoperable demonstration will be performed by connecting user selected devices from the tabletop demonstrations to a preselected host. Host will differ at each location with participants building a fieldbus network that will be designed in parallel as part of the seminar exercise. Registration is free and lunch will be served. Manufacturers will be present displaying their latest FOUNDATION fieldbus equipment. Attendees will receive an attendance packet containing a CD with technical guides, the Fieldbus Report supplement, and more.
