Kanata, Ontario, Canada— The RealFlo gas flow computer from Control Microsystems integrates gas flow measurement, PLC control capability, and RTU communications in a compact, cost-effective package. The RealFlo is a “C” software module which complements the PLC’s relay ladder logic and PID controller capability. The result is a universal SCADA controller, capable of a wide range of oil and gas applications such as well heads, separators, and industrial energy measurement. Designed to meet the requirements of API 21.1. RealFlo provides AGA-3 and AGA-7 natural gas flow measurement, with NX -19 and AGA-8 supercompressibility. It provides 35 days of hourly historical data logs and daily totals, plus a 1,000 event audit trail log for alarms, reconfiguration, and calibration records. Control Microsystems
