Gass-2040 gas analysis sampling system from Perma Pure prepares demanding gas samples for analysis, removing acid mists, coalescable liquids, water, and particulates without altering the concentrations of analyte gases. A stack mounting option reportedly increases accuracy and reduces costs.
System transforms wet, hot, dirty gases into dry, cool, clean samples for continuous emissions monitoring. It processes samples containing as much as 50% water at rates of up to 25 liters/min, removing particulates as small as 1yers. Walter-soluble analyte gases are protected from loss through dissolution in condensate. The dew point achieved is lower than that obtained with chiller/condenser technologies. Drying is a continuous, self-regenerating process.
Stainless NEMA 4X-rated enclosure resists corrosion and can be mounted on the stack flange. Drying samples at the source with a stack-mounted systems is said to maintain sample integrity and eliminate costly, heated sample lines.
