B&amp;R Automation's 8GP70 and 8GF70 helical gearboxes series are IP65-rated and are designed for precise synchronization while emitting a low noise level at high speeds. Courtesy: B&amp;R AutomationB&R Automation's 8GP70 and 8GF70 helical gearboxes series are IP65-rated and are designed with a high power density, which allows them to be used in a variety of applications and harsh conditions. The 8GP70 series features a shaft output and the 8GF70 series features a drive flange. Both are designed for precise synchronization while emitting a low noise level at high speeds. Another feature is its minimal backlash with the option to reduce it even further (<1 arcminute). Both gearboxes are scalable and their compatible designs and connector dimensions, allows machinery to be adapted to changing requirements without having to make changes to the basic machine design. Both of these gearboxes are available in five different sizes with gear ratios ranging from i=3 to i=100.
