Impulsesoft releases WinCE Bluetooth solution

San Francisco, Calif. – Impulsesoft Pvt. Ltd. (Bangalore, India) released its WinCE Bluetooth protocol stack solution. This solution offers Bluetooth support for Microsoft WindowsCE powered devices. This WinCE product complements BluePC-Impulsesoft’s Bluetooth offering for Windows.

Built based on Impulsesoft’s Single-T technology, the stack has built in processor and transport layer independency. Stack is proven on basedband and RF silicon from all leading vendors offering OEMs and ODMs a wide silicon base to choose from. This solution is Bluetooth 1.1 specification compliant and includes support for all Bluetooth layers HCI, L2CAP, SDP, RFCOMM, TCS, OBEX, and SCO connections.

The WinCE solution is available with all the necessary Bluetooth profiles like DUN, FTP, OPP and Headset required to run existing applications in PDAs, Point of Sale terminals, web pads, and web phones. Impulsesoft offers customization services to OEMs and ODMs for adding Bluetooth functionality to such devices.
