Telemecanique Sensors’ OsiSense XS inductive proximity sensors and OsiSense XT capacitive proximity sensors are designed for noncontact sensing of metal objects up to 60 mm. They feature plastic case sensors for double insulation in chemical applications and can also be used in food and beverage, welding and assembly applications. The sensors are available in flush and non-flush versions in 12, 18 and 30mm diameter. They feature a cable design, improved waterproofness, internal LED and laser tagging. They are designed to perform in noisy environments and have a high switching frequency for fast detection. The sensors come in standard cylindrical forms: M8, M12, M18, and M30 short and long bodies. They are IP69K-rated and comply with electric standards including ac/dc power supply.
