Mike Bradley joins Apprion as CEO Mike Bradley, former president of Invensys’ Wonderware division, has been named chief executive officer of Apprion. Bradley will succeed Stephen Lambright, a founder of Apprion, who will remain with the company as vice president of marketing and customer services.

Mike Bradley joins Apprion as CEO

Mike Bradley, former president of Invensys’ Wonderware division, has been named chief executive officer of Apprion. Bradley will succeed Stephen Lambright, a founder of Apprion, who will remain with the company as vice president of marketing and customer services.

During Bradley’s tenure, Wonderware built upon its strengths in HMI/SCADA and evolved into a prominent player in the world of manufacturing execution software (MES) and other data-centric applications. According to a statement issued by Apprion, the company intends to leverage Bradley’s extensive expertise to help accelerate growth at the industrial wireless solution and services provider.

“We are extremely fortunate to have someone of Mike’s market acumen, personal character, and proven track-record join Apprion as CEO,” said Lambright. “Mike brings a wealth of experience to Apprion and under his guidance, I am certain we will extend Apprion’s leadership in serving the manufacturing and other industrial markets.”

Fred Kindle leaves CEO post at ABB

According to a statement issued by the company, ABB has announced that CEO Fred Kindle is leaving the company due to “irreconcilable differences about how to lead the company.” Chief Financial Officer Michel Demare has been named CEO in the interim.

Kindle, who joined the company in 2004 and assumed the role of president and CEO in 2005, oversaw a period of strong organic growth at ABB and helped the company to return to profitability.

“The Board is very thankful to Fred Kindle for driving the company to the extraordinary level of performance it achieved over the last three years,” Chairman Hubertus von Grünberg said. “He successfully streamlined and strengthened the company’s operations around the world. Under his leadership, ABB today is a leading company in the terms of growth, profitability and business ethics.”
