Instrument of quality: Sparta Systems and USJade to centralize workflow and tracking for Celerity

A new enterprise quality management project under way for precision instrument maker Celerity builds upon USJade’s deployment of Oracle eBusiness Suite ERP applications and an online customer service portal for managing the return material authorization (RMA) process.<br/>

Precision instrument maker Celerity will continue its work with enterprise system integration firm USJade to implement TrackWise enterprise quality and compliance management software from Sparta Systems , including TrackWise for Field Reporting and Factory Production Quality Analysis.
The project builds on USJade’s deployment of Oracle eBusiness Suite ERP applications and an online customer service portal based on Oracle CRM and USJade domain knowledge for managing the return material authorization (RMA) process.
TrackWise is a Web-based solution for electronically tracking and trending quality, regulatory, and organizational compliance processes and action items across the enterprise. It enables companies to streamline business operations by replacing disparate systems and inefficient paper-based processes with a centralized electronic workflow and reporting system.
According to Celerity CIO Tony La Rosa, “Global organizations often see challenges with multiple languages, differing work practices, and patchwork database imperfections. With the TrackWise quality management system, we will overcome all of these challenges by implementing a common platform that is integrated throughout all sites and aligned with customer satisfaction.”
Celerity’s implementation of TrackWise will replace its current system of Microsoft Access databases, spreadsheets, and paper-based forms used for tracking quality issues and managing corrective and preventive actions.
According to Ran J. Flam, CEO, Sparta Systems, "[We] continue to fuel growth by reaching a broad base of customers through partnerships with highly respected system integrators such as USJade Corp. [We will enable] Celerity to achieve exceptional results through its TrackWise implementation by reducing risk and consolidating costs, and providing centralized and consolidated tracking, workflow management, and reporting for all critical business processes.”
