Allen-Bradley CompactLogix 1768-L43 controls up to four axes of motion in a small, modular footprint for material handling, packaging, metal forming, and similar applications requiring speed, motion synchronization, and information-sharing capabilities. An addition to Rockwell Automation’s Kinetix Intergrated Motion offering, CompactLogix 1768-L43 combines motion and sequential control into one integrated multitasking platform, said to help lower system costs, simplify installation, and ease maintenance. Device supports a full range of networks, including DeviceNet, ControlNet, and EtherNet/IP. Platform eliminates the need for a battery and supports removable CompactFlash memory. www.rockwellautomation.com Rockwell Automation
