Jaco Electronics has opened a new 20,000 sq ft integration center at its Long Island, NY, headquarters to enhance its ability to service the rapidly growing flat panel display marketwith the latest product technology and display solutions. The company distributes electronic components to original equipment manufacturers.

Jaco Electronics has opened a new 20,000 sq ft integration center at its Long Island, NY, headquarters to enhance its ability to service the rapidly growing flat panel display market with the latest product technology and display solutions. The company distributes electronic components to original equipment manufacturers.

“We are pleased to announce the completion of our new, state-of-the-art FPD integration center in Hauppauge,” said Joel Girsky, company chairman and CEO. “The integration center demonstrates Jaco’s commitment to this fast-growing market.”

The new facility features dedicated engineering and production resources, and a 1,000 sq ft clean room, to provide the capability and capacity to facilitate a wide range of customized flat panel displays. The company supplies designs, LCD optical enhancements, and touchscreens, and also manufactures flat panel display subassemblies and complete displays for a variety of applications, including industrial and ruggedized uses.
