Southington, Conn. -Product family of analog laser sensors acquires additional members. One features high intensity class 3 laser for less than favorable targets, such as highly textured surfaces or outdoor use. The other offers accuracy to four microns. The compact 50 x 65 x 20 mm OADM 20 sensors measure distance to the target based on triangulation and output the measurement either through an analog or digital interface. Requiring no external amplifier, they offer dual analog 4-20 mA and 0-10 V dc plus RS-485. The majority of standard units is equipped with a photoelectric array element with a response rate of 10 msec or better. www.baumerelectric.com . Baumer Electric
