Westerville, O. —E50DNA Series limit switches don’t require a separate I/O device to communicate over DeviceNet. Sealed NEMA 6P, the products use the same head and operator inventory as other Cutler-Hammer limit switches. Features include: software selectable functions, diagnostics, fault lists with time stamp, and a solid-state actuator that eliminates contact bounce, RFI, and contacts that can wear out, corrode, or become dirty. For predictive maintenance, the “End-of-life” diagnostic feature produces a fault message at 80% and again at 100% of rated mechanical life as a reminder to inspect the operating head and actuator.
