Line scan camera for inspection, grading applications

Teledyne Dalsa's Linea 16k line scan camera are designed for general machine vision applications and features a 3.5 µm pixel size and acquires images at line rates of up to 48 kHz.

Teledyne Dalsa’s Linea 16k line scan camera are designed for general machine vision applications including high resolution PCB inspection, flat panel display color filter inspection, film and glass surface inspection, and postal/parcel sorting. They are also used for material grading, food and web inspection, rail and road inspection, and pharmaceutical inspection. The Linea 16k features a 3.5 µm pixel size and acquires images at line rates of up to 48 kHz. Based on the same platform used in the 2, 4 and 8k models, the 16k monochrome camera is matched with the company’s Xtium frame grabbers. Other features include multiple user coefficient and FFC calibration sets, responsive NIR and visible wavelengths, and camera link cable support up to 10 m.
