Linear drives with miniature profile

Roanoke, Va. – Two versions of Wiesel linear drives are now available for tight space applications. Each has a compact aluminum profile (40 x 40 mm) and maximum stroke length of 6.5 ft. Wiesel PowerLine WM40 linear drive employs a precision ball-screw assembly. It handles forces up to 225 lb and speeds up to 0.82 ft/sec withand moments. The drive offers maximum accelerations up to 4 G and speeds up to 10 ft/sec with repeatability of ± 0.002 in.
