Schaumburg, Ill.- New TLC Series precision positioning stages offer travel lengths in the 100-mm to 2-m range (4-78.7 in.), with speeds up to 6 m/sec (nearly 20 ft/sec) and accelerations to 10 G, depending on load and configuration. Submicron resolution and repeatability up to 1 micron are standard features. The lightweight, compact carriage integrates a direct-drive linear servo motor, precision optical linear encoder, and bearings. For multiaxis applications, modular TLC Series can be configured as XY stages or integrated with the company's other linear or rotary positioning units-as well as optimized to work with its control electronics and motion controllers. www.etelusa.com .
