Advanced low-threshold (LVT) CMOS process module based on 0.35ìm analog CMOS (C35) technology extends austriamicrosystems’ foundry technology portfolio. Set of 3.3 and 5.0 V NMOS and PMOS devices offer threshold voltages as low as 0.4 V while keeping other MOS and bipolar devices unchanged. Process modularity enables CMOS IP reuse; module can be used incombination with other austriamicrosystems’ proprietary specialty technologies based on the 0.35 ìm platform. Wide supply voltage range (1.2 to 5.5 V), high-integration density, and optimization for high speed suit the technology for high-performance analog standard products such as supervisory circuits for microprocessors in portable applications.
