Management system simplifies complex batch operations

InBatch 9.0 offers flexibility within ISA S88, says Wonderware.

Wonderware has released InBatch 9.0, an enhanced, flexible and scalable batch management solution, compliant with FDA regulations.

InBatch software addresses the needs of complex batching processes that require a high level of flexibility and the ability to easily manage batch operations on top of existing systems.

"InBatch 9.0 represents a continued commitment to the evolving needs of the batch market," said Maryanne Steidinger, MES and EMI marketing program manager for Wonderware.

Steiginger adds that integration with system platform enables reusability, scalability and extensibility that facilitate the development and deployment of standardized, multi-plant system implementations. ArchestrA technology supports integration of InBatch 9.0 and

Generating reports of equipment downtime and efficiency inside InBatch software is supported by the information server Web reporting and data visualization software. This simplifies extending report templates that utilize Microsoft SQL server reporting services, saving time when creating and distributing batch reports.
