Material flow controller

This self-contained controller can operate a variety of material flow aid devices to ensure that materials flow freely through a hopper, bin or silo - even at variable flow rates.

The Bridge Breaker Controller is a self-contained unitcapable of operating a variety of material flow aid devices to ensure thatmaterials flow freely through a hopper, bin or silo - even at variable flowrates. It controls devices such as electric or pneumatic vibrators, aircannons, air pads or combinations of these devices.

The controller executes precise ON/OFF control of the flow

aid devices and has the ability to synchronize with outgoing material flow rate

measurements from a feeder or metering device. This functionality minimizes

unnecessary device actuation. The controller can also link flow aid device

channelsto allow cascading, which enables effective and efficient material


The controller features four separate channels, each of

which can operate up to two solenoid-operated air valves. Each valve can

operate other controller screens or other flow aid devices.
