Earth City, Mo.— Hilco's real-time Production Management (rtPM 4.0) software is a Manufacturing Execution Systems application for batch and repetitive processes. Key modules included in rtPM 4.0 are enterprise scalable recipes, order tracking, schedule execution, nonconformance tracking, corrective action management, and device tag manager. The enterprise scalable recipe execution module is designed to ease integration with Enterprise Resource Planning systems. The device tag manager module includes a Java OPC (OLE for process control) wrapper that allows network distribution of OPC clients on Microsoft NT and UNIX-based platforms. The nonconformance tracking and corrective action management modules permit verification of quality policies using audit trail techniques. .
