Microcontroller offers speed, economy

PIC18F45J10 family of 8-bit microcontrollers are said to be among the world's fastest to provide 32 KB of flash program memory in 28-pin packages. The four models offer 40 MHz performance at 3V, and analog-to-digital (ADC), comparator, USART, SPI, I2C, and PWM peripherals at 30% less cost over 5-V microcontrollers.
