Minarik Corporation acquires Automation Technology

Minarik Corporation has acquired Automation Technology, increasing Minarik's motion control expertise in Intermountain and Pacific Northwest regions.

Kaman Industrial Technologies Corporation’s subsidiary, Minarik Corporation, has acquired the assets of Automation Technology Inc. with locations in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Boise, Idaho. Automation Technology, considered being a strong motion control distributor in the Intermountain and Pacific Northwest trading areas, increases Minarik’s position in those markets adding to its locations in Portland, Seattle and Denver.
