Miniature linear motors for small-stage applications

LEU Series ironless core, brushless linear motor produces up to 26 lb of peak force with an overall width of 18 mm (0.71 in.).

LEU Series ironless core, brushless linear motor produces up to 26 lb of peak force with an overall width of 18 mm (0.71 in.). Units come in two coil heights: LEU-15 (15 mm) and LEU-30 (30 mm). Six coil sizes are available, supported by four magnet channels. Core design provides smooth motion because no iron winding laminations produce cogging. Small coil and magnet track footprint makes the motors adaptable for moving coil or magnet stage designs to reduce ca-ble loading and wear. Compact size makes them suitable for high-precision and compact stage applications.
